At Aniyah Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened lip glosses, lip oils, lip scrubs, lip masks, or other cosmetic products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and its original packaging

We will carefully review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Aniyah Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and email us so we can assist you.
